Set up voicemail and record your greetings
Record a personal greeting, get voicemail by email, and set a temporary out-of-office message.

- 1Dial your voicemail access code from your own extension (we'll have given it to you — commonly *97).
- 2Enter your PIN.
- 3Choose the mailbox options menu, then greetings.
- 4Record your personal greeting, listen back and save it.
A greeting that actually helps callers
- Your name and the company.
- When you'll pick messages up.
- Who to contact if it's urgent, and how.
Voicemail-to-email sends each message as an audio file to your inbox, which is far quicker than dialling in. Raise a ticket if it isn't switched on for you.
Going away? Ask us to set a temporary greeting with an end date, so it reverts automatically and you don't leave a Christmas message running until March.
