Managed IT Support
IT Support
We keep an eye on your computers and servers, install the updates, deal with the antivirus and the backups, and fix things when they break. One monthly cost per device, and the same people on the phone each time.
What's included
What we actually do
The same list for everyone: your machines, your servers, your network, your logins and the people using them.
Proactive monitoring
Every machine reports back to us. Failing disks, backups that didn't run, discs filling up, odd logins. We usually get to those before anyone in your office notices.
Help on the phone
Your staff ring us directly and get someone who already knows your setup. Most things we can fix by taking over the screen there and then.
On-site when it matters
Dead hardware, office moves and installs need a person in the room. We cover Hampshire and the South Coast, and unlimited visits can be added per device.
Security
Antivirus, updates, multi-factor authentication and sensible access rules, plus the paperwork if a client or insurer asks how you handle data.
Starters and leavers
New person: account, licence, laptop, ready for their first morning. Someone leaves: we shut their access off the same day.
Buying kit
We source the hardware, set it up and keep a record of what you own and when the warranties run out. We use multiple suppliers rather than relying on a single catalogue.
Pricing
How pricing works
You pay per supported device. Add machines as you take people on, drop them when you don't. Everything below excludes VAT.
Monthly commitment
£35 / device / month
Rolling agreement, 30 days' notice after the minimum term. Volume discounts bring this down to £22 per device at scale.
1-year commitment
£30 / device / month
A lower per-device rate on a 12-month term. Volume discounts bring this down to £19.50 per device at scale.
Pay annually
10× monthly
Prefer one invoice a year? Annual billing is ten months' worth of the monthly charge — two months free.
Onboarding
The first 30 days
We start by finding out what you've actually got, which is often not quite what anyone remembers, then fix whatever was going to cause the next outage.
- Week 1We audit the devices, servers, network, licences and backups and write it all down.
- Week 2Monitoring and antivirus go on every machine, and we clear the obvious annoyances.
- Week 3Backups checked, outstanding updates installed and security settings reviewed.
- Week 4You get the documentation, and we agree what needs budgeting for over the next year.
Good fit
This suits you if…
- You've somewhere between 1 and 100 staff and nobody whose actual job is IT
- An hour of everyone sitting around costs you real money
- You couldn't say for certain when your backup was last tested
- A customer or insurer has started asking about your security
- Most IT problems currently get noticed when somebody tries to use something and finds it isn't working
- You're moving premises, growing, or finally getting off that old server
